The Youngstown Tennis League (TYL) is made up of 7 local clubs. These are the teams we compete against throughout the season:

- Avalon Boardman
- Boardman
- Canfield
- Poland
- Tippecanoe Country Club
- Squaw Creek Country Club
- Matches will take place: To Be Announced
- We will play Home and Away matches.
- All athletes are responsible for bringing their own water/beverage to practices and matches.
Challenge matches are typically held the same day of every week and determine the player’s placement for each match. All players will play each other in their age and gender group.
Tennis Team Practice
Practices begin Wednesday, June 4th and will be offered 5 days a week (M-F).
8:00-9:00am – Optional Practice for Specialized Training
9:00-10:00am – 10u
10:10-11:15am – 12u
11:25-12:30pm – 14u
12:40-2:00pm – 18u
Private lessons will be available this year with coach Aidan or coach Jack starting the week of May 5th. If you are interested, please reach out on the SportsYou app (information to join is below).
Tennis Team Registration:
The cost of registration is $80 per player ($65/sibling). This includes a tennis t-shirt they can wear for matches.
You can register online for the tennis team by clicking the ‘registration’ tab.
If you need help registering or have any questions you can attend the in person event on April 28th and May 1st at the Poland Presbyterian Church from 5:00-7:00pm.
Parent Meeting:
The Parent meeting will be Sunday, June 1st at 7pm in the tennis pavilion at the Swim Club.
